Draft - SideNotes Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By installing or using Draft - SideNotes (“the extension”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, uninstall it.
2. License. BrewLab (Felipe Díaz Garay) grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. You may not resell it or redistribute it as your own.
3. Your content. Your notes are yours. We claim no rights over them and have no access to them.
4. Responsibility for your data. Your notes live only in your browser. Uninstalling the extension, clearing browser data, or a device failure can delete them permanently. We recommend exporting regular backups from Settings.
5. Acceptable use. Don’t use the extension for unlawful purposes or to store content that infringes the rights of others.
6. No warranty. The extension is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrewLab is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for data loss, arising from use of the extension. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
8. Changes and discontinuation. We may update the extension or these terms, or stop offering it. Changes will be published on this page with their effective date.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
